of Florida-based South Dale Automotive
APPLETON, Wis., (August 20, 2015) – U.S. AutoForce® has acquired Southern Dade Automotive (SDA), an automotive wholesaler based in Miami, Florida, effective August 10, 2015. U.S. AutoForce plans to operate SDA’s four distribution warehouses located in Miami, Tampa Bay, Orlando and Pompano Beach, Florida.
The strategic addition of SDA further extends U.S. AutoForce’s highly successful marketing and distribution business model, making the company a leading resource of aftermarket tires, parts and lubricants throughout the United States.
