Volunteering and Donation Matching

We’re here to amplify our team member’s passion for giving back! U.S. Venture matches up to $1,000 annually through a combination of volunteer hours and donations. Whether it’s your local shelter, a community initiative, or a cause close to your heart, we’re invested in making your support go further.

Volunteer Paid Time Off

Your time matters—and so do the causes you love. That’s why every team member gets eight hours of volunteer paid time off each year, PLUS $25 per volunteer hour (up to $1,000 annually). Contribute to the organizations that speak to you most, and we’ll help you make an even bigger impact.

U.S. Venture Associates Caring Together Fund, Inc. (ACT)

Because life happens, and no one should face tough times alone. Through our ACT Fund, funded by team members, we’re able to support fellow team members and their families during personal hardships. When you need help, we stand by you—stronger together.

Scholarship Program

Dream big—and help the next generation do the same. Each year, U.S. Venture awards up to $50,000 in scholarships to support the college dreams of team members’ children, with each recipient receiving $1,000.

Meeting the children we sponsor in Kenya was a humbling experience that reminded me of the power of small acts of kindness. Programs like the Makini Pad project and feeding initiatives go beyond providing basic needs—they give children and their families hope and opportunity.
