Must have ability and interest in compiling and analyzing data, great written and verbal skills, and the determination to find and articulate a root cause. The most used program in the internship is Microsoft Excel. It is necessary to know how to do formatting and create equation functions and macros.

This consisted of a flow chart process of one of our sites, creating a control plan, and finally, conducting a Failure Mode Effects Analysis.
