Appleton, WI - February 02, 2012 - U.S. Oil, the petroleum and renewable energy distribution division of U.S. Venture, Inc. announces the acquisition of Draeger Oil Company’s Branded Dealer Division. The addition of Draeger Oil’s Branded Dealer Division extends U.S. Oil’s presence in North Central Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Under the terms of the acquisition U.S. Oil will provide fuel supply to over 50 retail fuel stations while Draeger retains the transportation portion of the operation.
Mike Koel, Director of Business Development at U.S. Oil said: “We are excited about the addition of Draeger to the U.S. Oil team. This is a natural extension of our growth strategy. We will continue to expand into Midwest Markets including Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Wisconsin.”
