The following programs are directed by our associates and provide non-profit organizations with financial assistance and thousands of hours of volunteer time.
Volunteer Involvement Program (VIP) - VIP recognizes the time and talent associates donate through volunteering. By logging in volunteer hours, associates can earn monetary gifts for their favorite nonprofit organization. U.S. Venture, Inc. associates average more than 8,500 volunteer hours each year through individual and company supported volunteer opportunities with organizations such as Rebuilding Together Fox Valley , the United Way, and St. Joseph’s Food Program.
Matching Funds Program - When donating a financial gift to their favorite nonprofit organizations the U.S. Venture/Schmidt Family Foundation matches their donation, doubling the financial impact to the organization of their choice.
Casual Day Fundraising Program - For a small fee, associates can wear jeans to work for the day. All proceeds raised are presented to a nonprofit organization chosen by the associates.
Holiday Giving Program - This annual tradition mixes casual day fundraising, volunteer time, as well as matching funds to alleviate financial hardships in our community during the holidays.
